Private Jets Teterboro handles private charter flights through Teterboro Airport (KTEB/TEB) and the other airports that serve New York City. Call 1-888-987-5387 to speak with an advisor, or write the trip down in the form below if that is easier.
What to tell us
Tell us where you are leaving from and where you need to be, your dates and preferred departure times, how many people are flying, and what they are bringing. Skis and boots for a ski week, golf clubs for Palm Beach, luggage for a whole winter in Florida, and pets in the cabin all change which aircraft fits. If an assistant or a travel manager looks after your bookings, they are welcome to send the request for you. If this is your first private flight, say so, and your advisor will explain how it works.
Which airport you will use
Teterboro is the usual choice for Manhattan and North Jersey, but it is not the only airport we use around New York. Westchester County Airport (KHPN/HPN) in White Plains often suits clients in Westchester and Fairfield County, and Morristown Municipal Airport (KMMU/MMU) suits Morris County and western New Jersey. If your group calls for an airliner-size aircraft, Teterboro’s weight limit usually rules it out, and we will look at Newark Liberty International Airport (KEWR/EWR) or Morristown instead. For everything else, your advisor will compare the airports for your aircraft and the address you are going to.
What happens next
We reply with the aircraft that fit, and for each one we name the certified operator, so you can see who would fly the trip before you sign anything. Under DOT Part 295, when we book a flight as your agent rather than as the operator, we put it in writing. Once you book, the same advisor looks after the trip until you are on the ground at the other end. Summer weekends to the Hamptons and the New England islands, the ski weeks between Christmas and Presidents’ Day, and United Nations General Assembly week in September are the first to book up, so call early if your dates fall then.
